I insert the file in the dialog box... upload starts.
CPG 1.4.2 says: 0 uploads !!
It doesn't work either as admin nor as registered user.
Steps I did: fresh install and new sql database.
created a group called "vorstand".
created user assigned to vorstand with according rights to upload files etc.
(old version 1.3.x worked by the way..)
