I'm looking for somebody that can make a mod for me.
The mod must make sure that only people that have make a comment on a photo are able to download that photo.
I'm willing to pay for it but I'm going to use it for a free site so not 2 much please ::)

I noticed your request here and realized that it was related to a plugin I just created so I decided to incorporate your request into version 1.1 of my plugin. I'm not sure if this plugin does exactly what you want. If it doesn't, let me know, and I might be able to write up another version.
