Title: multi / all group view single group upload?

is there a way to have multiple groups to view album[a] with 1 group (group[a]) allowed to upload to it and  group allowed to upload to album with the other groups stiil allowed to view?

Pretty much i would like everything to be publicly viewable but only specific people allowed to upload to certain albums so i can disperse albums to certain departments/ branches of family

so that all the uploading is not 100% my burden

currently not possible, more granular permissions are being planned for future versions of coppermine
