Title: Pages are unstyled
Post by: mmurcielago on December 12, 2005, 01:54:12 AM
I just autoinstalled Coppermine into a subdomain (http://gallery.u2mansion.com), and it seems so far, the only problem I have is that all of the themes look unstyled and the images are missing. I already took a look at the root folder and everything is in place, I also cleared my cache and history and the still look white. Any ideas?  ???

Seems like you have hotlink protection enabled. Make sure to add the subdomain to the whitelist.

Hotlink protection is now enabled for the domain, but at the moment there don't seem to be any changes (at least not in any of my browsers)  :-\

Well, now the subdomain is completely down.

You're suppossed to disable hotlink protection, not enable it. Don't use auto-installers like fantastico, they're known to be buggy. Download the original from our site and install it as suggested in the docs that come with it.

I installed Coppermine on another subdomain, just to make sure the installation went well, and it seems that the server or my ISP did not recognize the new subdomain or the disabled Hotlink protection immediately, now all is working smoothly so far  :)

Thanks for the help!
