Title: Is this a Customized Project vii ?
Post by: Bonanza on December 15, 2005, 11:24:47 AM
Hallo,

I am new to coppermine. I want to create a foto-gallery which has an identical design to this site:

http://www.photografic.net/ (http://www.photografic.net/)

I think this site is based on Project vii, but if I use this template I have not the options to change the top menu list (Ueber mich, Gaestebuch, Impressum) and other things like orange coloured letters.
Did this site uses a customized template based on Project vii or could I configure this out of the box with the Project vii template?

Thank you!
Bonanza

It does look like project vii. It doesn't seem very different from the default, stylistically. To change the links, go into the theme's theme.php file and edit the stuff not too far from the top of the file.

Bonanza,

It looks very much like a stock, out-of-the-box install of project vii.  The only difference is that the gallery is in a frame that occupies the entire homepage -- probably done to increase the chances of getting better search engine ranking.  The actual gallery is located at :  http://www.photografic.net/cpg/ .

You will need, however to change the color setting in the style.css file for the theme.   Search for " .alblink a "  and change the color there to #FF6600
