When I upload an Mp3 file, its uploaded fine. but when I try to add it to an album it fails.

you as coppermine admin should FTP-upload plus batch-add anyway. Follow the suggestions made in the upload troubleshooting tutorial if you need further help. Don't post debug_ouput unless a supporter requests it.

I did try to ftp then use batch add, I get the same error (failed to add to album).
