Title: Image size problem on uploading
Post by: tuxxman on December 29, 2005, 11:48:36 PM
I am trying to upload a bunch of files (around 50) and they are all too big for
coppermine.
when i try to upload it says the image size is too large, i rooted around in the
documentation and it says there is a way to change this setting, but i dont know
where to change it.  I need to change it to about 2mb

I am running version 1.4.3
thanks :)

I think this is what you are looking for.

Go to your coppgallery ---> go to config ---> then Files and thumnails setting. There u can change the max size for uploaded files

if you're running into errors when upload pics with larger resolutions, you probably have issues with memory usage on your server. This isn't somthing you could fix in coppermine, but only on your server (php.ini) - only an option if the server is yours to administer. For details, read the sticky thread on this board.
