I started getting errors from my videos ever since I accidentally upgraded and didn't edit the theme.

The error goes like this for all the videos...

What can I do to fix it? Oh yeah the upgrade went to 1.4.2 on Fantistico. How can I downgrade back to the last version of that software?
1) Search for the erro message you get, there are threads that explain what you need to do to fix this
2) Don't use Fantastico, it is buggy
3) Upgrade to the most recent version cpg1.4.3
4) Upgrade your theme as suggested in the docs
5) If you must downgrade, refer to the docs - downgrading is explained there as well
