this has more than likely been answered before, but after scrolling through pages of messages i dont know where to start! as i dont know what it is i am doing wrong!
everything seems to be ok...ive followed instructions for installations and settings...but i still have problems uploading photos...well..the image place holder is there...but no picture!
my web server supports coppermine.
cpanel10 has fantastico module which includes coppermine.
upon installation all the fields are filled in correctly.
gallery uploads ok. files are not installed into root folder but installed into a folder called 'galleries'
all file permissions are set at either 775 or 777 (default settings after install)
pictures are no more than 700px
added another user as 'registered' still cannot upload pictures.
images added to 'uploads' folder (ftp'ed) and batch added to gallery...still doesnt work.
i tried the http upload....didnt work
also browsed my HD for a picture...and that didnt work neither.
cant help thinking i am missing something! but i have never read so much in my life!
i dont know what RTFM means (probably so obvious)...but i clicked on it and it opened another page which has Coppermine Photo Gallery v1.4.2: Documentation and Manual and a table of contents. i have gone through the contents following each instruction...but still cannot get my pictures up.

2) Don't use Fantastico, it is known to be buggy. Use the original files from our site instead.
3) Don't post everything in red
4) Don't post debug_output unless requested
5) If you have issues uploading files, read the documentation, particularly the "upload troubleshooting (http://coppermine-gallery.net/demo/cpg14x/docs/index.htm#upload_trouble)" section and do as suggested there
To avoid that you misbehave again and edit out your posting as you did on the other thread, I locked this one and flagged it accordingly. Start a new thread, respecting board rules and common sense with the information needed.
