aight.....i feel i know enough about webservers and sql to get the basics all past the upload and permissions. but i am still getting the "looks like you're stupid and tryin' to install this in a nuke portal" message. and i am clearly not doing so. just so you know when i type in the address it looks like this:

"http://localhost/Gallery/install.php"

ok.....now...why is this still doing this.

any suggestions?

Make sure to install the most recent stable cpg1.4.3

well...i looked and looked for that other post.....but thanks for the link...now it works.
