hi all!

i am using coppermine 1.4.2 Its working fine with me. What I want to know is I have uploaded some of my personal pictures too. I dont want that to be displayed to all viewers. It should be displayed only when loged as admin. How to set permissions for the same. Hope someone can help me in this regard.

Have you read the detailed documentation? Hint: set up an album and set its properties...

Oh, and you should upgrade to 1.4.3.

How do I update from 1.4.2 to 1.4.3? I tried finding from the webpage.. but i couldnt get any clue of it. can someone help in this regard please.

I have updated from cpg 1.4.2 to 1.4.3. Can anyone help me how to set permissions to private folders which should be visible only in admin mode please...

My initial hint still applies. This is a simple permission for albums clearly described in the documentation.

make sure that you haven't accidentally disabled "Albums can be private" in coppermine's config (see http://coppermine-gallery.net/demo/cpg14x/docs/index.htm#admin_picture_thumb_advanced) or you won't see the permissions settings.
