If you are asking what webhost people use, you'll get hundreds of answers.  If you want some comments on webhosts, you should browse and search these forums because there have been quite a lot of discussion about this.

well, I need to know of a free and EASY php file.  I have a html site where I can upload files (ONLY HTML), but not PHP.  What site did you use??

Ok, so you need a free webhost with PHP.  Please search or browse the forums for that.  There are a number of other threads mentioning this.  Here's one:
