I've been using the Web Publisher and everything uploads perfectly normal.

But when I view the thumbnails on my site, the colors are off and sometimes greyscaled, I was wondering what might have caused this and how can I fix it?

Sounds like you have set coppermine to use GD1 although you have GD2 one your server. See http://coppermine-gallery.net/demo/cpg14x/docs/faq.htm#VersionGD
Hard to say more, as you haven't posted a link nor did you do as suggested in the upload troubleshooting section of the docs. Read them now.

what did you set "method to resize pics" to in coppermine's config? Do as I suggested and read the upload troubleshooting section of the docs and make the needed changes and post the information needed.

I found out the setting was on GD.1

I dont know why it was like that, but anyways thank you :)
