Title: Arabic language encoding problem on change of language..!

Hi,


When i write album name or photo description in arabic, it is showing properly in arabic but when i changed the language to Englsih its showing me junk characters..!

Please tell how to solve this problem..

you'll have to use utf-8 encoding to solve this issue. Post a link to your site for details.
