I just upgraded from 1.3.4 to 1.4. i follow all the directions in the manual.
i backup my albums and include folder. Saved my Congfig.php and anycontent.php
I upload all the new files and did not overwrite any of the files above.
I went to the upgrade page and it was competly BLANK. so is my index page. Everything just went BLANK. it's like my gallery isnt there. Even though my albums are still there.
help!

Make sure you have uploaded the files in the proper FTP mode (using a "real" FTP app, not some crap like the FTP client built into MS Frontpage or similar). Re-upload all files, making sure to actually overwrite the files on your server. Check the file sizes, compare the ones on your local PC with the ones on your server.

P.S. You were meant to save include/config.inc.php, not config.php, although this probably won't make a difference in your case. Make sure to read the upgrade instructions extra carefully
