Title: In 1.4.3 groupmgr.php can't Creat another user group ? have err message

dear sir :

i install 1.4.3 is ok ... but i want add new group
i can't find the location i click some icon
my ie show some err .... i need how to fix ?

temporarily switch to English by adding the parameter
Quotelang=english
to the url in your browser's address bar, then make your screen shot, then switch back to your native language by adding the parameter
Quotelang=xxx
as above. This will alow us to see the error message in English, as we don't speak your language (could be chinese, please excuse my ignorance when it comes to asian charsets). A link to your page might help as well. Did you perform an upgrade from a previous version of coppermine or a fresh install?
