I havnt changed any settings and people have been uploading plenty of photos, but I tried one today and got this error:

If you have really selected a picture to upload, check that the server allows file uploads...
Anyone know what the problem is? Ive uploaded photos before and they all worked fine :?

Try a different pic that is known to be good (maybe the pic is corrupt, or too big, or wrong format). Try uploading to a different album. Avoid special chars in filenames.
If all this fails, create a test user account with upload permissions and post the login data for this test account here.
