w/ this feature coppermine can work as a website like gallery.
i searched over by a mod that can do this but nope .. so i put it here . keep the amazing job !
This feature is already there - explore "Config" and Edit album "Properties"
And set group permissions in groups, to allow anonymous to vote etc.
sorry .. i saw that "anonymous" but at the time i dont get XD ...
