Title: probably simple solution but i can't find...

okay so i have friend who is categorizing my coppermine gallery. Now the thing is.. there's over 3000 pictures and over 227 subcategories.. how can we make it for the all you see if the Categories and you just click the subcatgorie you want?

i can't spell i appologize.

I think this is not a problem of spelling, but too few words. I don't understand your question (and I doubt others will). Please describe in more detail with short sentences what you want or what your problem is.
Don't be shy if your spelling or grammar has errors, this won't be a problem I guarantee (you see, I can't write proper English neither).

no no my english and grammar are fine, i was just tired yesterday.. okay here's my question.



My friend is reorganizing my gallery okay? and he's putting up over 3,000 pictures. The thing is, the "event" section is HUGE compared to the others, and it's going to have around 200 subcategories, like specific events. I'm just wondering if there's a way to have like just "Events" listed w/o having any subcategories shown unless you click it to enter it.
