My webhost don't support the GD and IM, but i want to use the CPG, How can I do it?

you can't. Maybe you'll want to take a look at our "competitor" Gallery (menalto) (http://gallery.menalto.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=phpWiki&file=index&pagename=Gallery%20Requirements), they need NetPBM as a requirement.
If it must be Coppermine, you'll have to find a new webhost or upgrade your current contract, sorry.
If you're on a tight budget, you'll maybe want to have a gallery software with less requirements (but also less features), take a took at Write a feature comparision review for Picture Galleries (http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?topic=547)
