There's a hack on the mods board that was made for cpg1.3.x that explains how to add music to a coppermine page (not recommended though, as music on internet pages sucks imo).
Language file contributions go to [Help wanted]: Translations for CPG1.4.x (http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?topic=20355.0) as suggested in the translator's guide.
