What doesn't work? You need to provide as much detail as possible so we can try to replicate.
The code is available from the Download link at the top of this page. It's not like we can copy and paste it; there are lots of folders and files.

on he ftp program where u upload the files to your site i click the folder and press the arrow and where it says status it says unimplemented feature help! :'(

2. If yes then are you hosted by a professional web host or self hosted?
3. The minimum requirements for installing this stupid code (cpg) is a running webserver with PHP and MySQL, do you have these?
4. I hope you actually are looking for a photo gallery software and nothing else - correct?
