How to insert standart thumbnails view template(Last uploaded block from main mapge) instead of film strip block ?

I don't understand the question, please re-phrase, using more words. You might consider attaching a screenshot/sketch as well that explains what you want to accomplish.

find var $template_film_strip in themes/sample/theme.php and copy the entire thingie over to the theme.php you're actually using. Then edit it to your likings

the page you refered to doesn't use coppermine at all, so it is not relevant in this case. Your question actually is "how can I move the filmstrip section to the top of the page", is this correct?
Did you try Stramm's suggestion?
