Title: Users can't see gallery?
Post by: pixelghetto on February 27, 2006, 05:19:56 PM
Hi, I apoligise in advance if this is the wrong place to be posting this. But anyways...

On one of the websites I have built recently, I decided to set up a Coppermine Gallery for it. Everything works fine and good...or so it appears.

I'm recieving compliants that some users can't actually see the gallery, all they get is a blank page.

Any ideas what could be causing this error?

Here is the location of the gallery: http://www.mnemic.com/gallery/index.php

???

It worked fine in IE and FF, even after disabling javascript and referrer sending. Those users need to give more details, like what OS, browser, security software they are using.

I'd guess they would be your danish users. Please update to the latest stable version of Coppermine, currently 1.4.4.

I was gonna say it only seems to be Danish folks that it happens to. Thanks for that!

I upgraded the board, but now it gives this me this error:

Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting ')' in /home/mnemic/public_html/gallery/lang/danish.php on line 1187

I can only imagine that it's because there is no danish.php file, but how do I fix that? I did upgrade to 1.4.4.  ???

Just delete lang/danish.php
