"User Galleries" ? It has 1 album, 0 file and no images. I can't seem to find the album.

There's one album inside your user galleries that doesn't contain any pictures. Delete the album, then delete the user gallery and it will not be displayed any longer. If you don't want user galleries to re-appear, go to the groups page and make sure that none of the groups is allowed to have a personal gallery. As I expected, you're not using cpg1.3.x, but cpg1.4.3, so I'm moving your thread accordingly. In the future, please post on the proper sub-board in the first place. It's strongly recommended to upgrade to the most recent version (currently cpg1.4.4)
