Maybe I did the upgrade the bad way. I unzipped the downloaded file and copied all to my ftp replacing the old files. Now I can't login. Seems like the user/password is deleted. Any standard user in the download I can use to login?
What happens when you try to login ? Were you bridged prior to the upgrade ?
When I tried to log in I got a message telling me the password was wrong. I tried to click the "Forgot Password" but haven't seen any mail generated yet. Just now I came to think that my PC at home is collecting mail for the moment and maybe that's why I can't see the mail here at work. Will check when I get home to see if the problem is solved by the e-mail...
Now I got it right. Just needed to reset the pw - the mail got collected by my PC at home :)
I guess the former passwords wasn't in md5 decryption, so the new 1.4.4 operates with md5, so is there any scripts to change all the old passwords to md5 ?
Not automatically, if you wish to switch to encrypted passwords after you update you can do so in config.
Where?
I can't find that option.

Strange,
I don't have that option, but on the top of the page, it says : Gallery Configuration - Coppermine Photo Gallery 1.4.4 (stable)
then you already should have encryption in place.
