Title: Upload Button not working

Hi Folks...
Running cpg1.2.1_standalone

Uploaded photos no problem. Then all of a sudden I try and upload photos and the "upload button" will not allow me to engage it.
I click it but it really dosen't dip down and show the uplaod status . Nothing is being uploaded all of a sudden.

Any ideas?
