In my template.html I have:

<a href="login.php">Login</a>
<!-- END login -->
1) When I sign in I can't see the logout/sign out link.. Where can i find or change this?
2) Or I can hide the Login link.. And sign in by adding login.php in my browser..
But I want a "Logout" link when I am signed in.. Where can I add this?

you're using an invalid version of the ipodlounge theme, which contains navigation items hardcode into template.html - that's a no-no. Dynamic data (stuff that is suppossed to change based on the context) needs to go into theme.php.
