I have fully installed Coppermine and have 2 users. i have 3 categories, General, Special & Users,
Whenever i create a new album as a user it only allows that album to be a users album.
I want users to be able to set up public albums in any category.
Is this possible.
I cannot find anything on the help of faq.

Yes well, i just installed coppermine for one of my clients. And I'm sorely missing the ability to have regular users upload to their own albums in categories other than the one for personal albums.

Yes, me too, really. Is this feature planned for future releases? It's the only reasy why I don't use Coppermine right now.
will not go into cpg1.5.x, as this would require in-depth changes of the coppermine core code. Not sure if it will go into cpgNG.
Its already there in cpgNG ;)
