After uploading a picture using the URI/URL form, when I try to place it in an album I get this error message:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 16777216 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 13200 bytes) in /home/bcoverart/domains/bootlegcoverart.com/public_html/gallery/include/picmgmt.inc.php on line 259

What does that mean and how can I fix it? ???
