Title: Editing a skin

I wanted to edit the skin, "Reynolds".
All i want to do is move the toolbars to the left instead of the right. How would I go about doing this?

edit themes/reynolds/template.html and themes/reynolds/style.css. Plain HTML and CSS involved, no PHP skills needed.
