Title: Pics that are not accessible anymore
Post by: mijack on April 02, 2006, 06:21:46 PM
Hello,

Everything always worked fine, and suddenly some of my pics don't appear anymore. I have something like the attached picture.
When i try to copy-paste the address of the picture in my navigator (same problem with IE and FF), I get the message : "You don't have the right to access this file". But the directory where the pictures are is correctly set to 777. Does someone has an explanation ??

Seems like only those in userpics are affected. I get a 403 forbidden error which is usually file permissions or hotlinking protection. What do you have set for the 'Default mode for files' setting in config ?

Default mode for directories : 0777
Default mode for files : 0666

But I never changed those values, and it always worked fine 'til yesterday...

I guess it was this, because now everything works fine again and I didn't change anything  ???
