sorry guys... I've rewritten the entire thing
to clarify what it does
With that config entry you define a reference width. If an uploaded image is smaller that that reference, the watermark is getting downsized also.
Eg. you upload your watermark file fits exactly on an image with 1280px width, then you enter a value of 1280
If you know upload a pic with a width of 640px the applied watermark gets resized to 50%. An intermediate image with 320px will get a watermark applied that's resized to 25% of its original size
Before you had 100% on fullsized images and the set value on intermediate.
So please...
