When ever i use a differnet user name to upload a picture the ower_id is always 0.
be more specific...
Are you refering to the coppermine user or the the owner (in webserver terms)? If option 2 applies, you're probably running safe_mode and should enable silly_safe_mode...

I did a test and use the regular admin and register a user as a admin then a user as just register.
So i upload test images with all three user and when i went to phpMyAdmin all pictures had a ower_id "0".
were is that safe mode at?
OK, I understand that you're refering to coppermine's user_ids, so this should not be related to safe_mode (but if you want to find out about dafe mode anyway, check the documentation that comes with coppermine - great reading! ).

I'm afraid the first part of your posting I still didn't understand - this might be a language issue. Please use several short sentences and try to use proper grammar, like this:
QuoteFirst, I logged in as admin. Then I clicked on "bla". Next I chose "foo" from the dropdown box that is labelled "whatever"...
I hope you get the idea...

Ok
I'm still trying to get the Username in the picture information.
And everytime I upload a picture I go to the phpMyAdmin and on ever picture the "owner_id" is set to 0. And if I was to manually change them to the user id then it would show the Username in the picture information.
Also i try the safe mode and it did not do anything.

I'm too confused to help.
