Title: Allow new user registrations

our new users can not register. we cant find a spot for them to do so.

Please help.

some of our user settings are as follows..

Allow new user registrations  Yes     
Allow unlogged users (guest or anonymous) access  Yes     



please help us

Click on the button marked 'Register'.

That's because you're already logged in. Log out and you'll see the button.
