Just installed coppermine. Everything went fine. Went to login and I do not have an admin panel. Only brings me to the regular home page. No firewall, cookies are ok. Can't seem to figure out what is wrong. Oh, and yes I used the right UN and pw

I am not hosting on my own system. It must not be accepting any form of login.
I tried to login via Avant, Opera, and ie to no avail.

You're using JoomBla, so I assume this is CoppermineVis. We cannot support this. See this thread: http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?topic=28673.0 (http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?topic=28673.0).
In particular, I have no idea what version of Coppermine they are bundling. The last 2 releases have major security fixes and you are encouraged to upgrade to the current version 1.4.5.
So can someone recommend a photo gallery mod that I can use that is Stable safe, and easy to install?
Huh? I don't understand what you mean by "mod" and "Stable safe".
If you paid for CoppermineVis and want it to work, you need to contact the JoomBla guys. If you want to install the (free) Coppermine 1.4.5 from here, go ahead and do so. If you have something else you are describing, start at the beginning and describe carefully what you want.
