both files you refered to work fine for me. Make sure to temporarily disable download managers and do as suggested (try using another mirror). Mesh (Germany) worked fine for me, I was able to download and unzip both themes.

black widdow indeed appears to be broken, digital compare isn't though. Could you please stop refering to multiple issues in one posting, it makes tracking stuff hard for supporters...
