Title: SMF RC2 AND CPG 1.4
Post by: Mitchell on May 07, 2006, 10:14:49 PM
I have both of them installed properly.

I am just having trouble bridging them.

I follow the bridging screen and then it auto logs me out and when I go back to log back in it takes me to SMF to log in and I can log into SMF but not into CPG.

Any Suggestions?

Enable subdomain independant cookies in SMF, update your gallery.

enable bridging if you need help, it's currently disabled.
www.yourdomain.com is not the same thing as yourdomain.com, cookie-wise.

If you can't find a setting refer to SMF's documentation.

Look at the URLs you posted - one has www., the other does not.  Both must either have www. or not have www.

Bridging does not affect your ability to login to your forum.

subdomain independant cookies are an SMF feature and are control by SMF's admin panel.
