When I log in both Upload file and FAQ are missing. I just upgraded to 1.3.4 to 1.4.5 I don't know exactly what I did wrong.

the upload link will only show if the visitor is allowed to upload at all. If anonymous users (guests) are not allowed to upload (groups panel), then the upload link won't show. Similar thing for the FAQ: did you enable FAQ to be displayed in coppermine's config?

Thanks, I got the FAq to show up, but I still do not no how to get upload to show up. How do I activate it?

Allow users to upload on the groups page and album properties, read the manual.
