Title: can I upgrade 1.3 to 1.4 ?

at present am running 1.3 any one tell me how i can upgrade 1.4  safer way ::)

Follow the instructions provided in the manual.

thanks , grat !now am running 1.4.5   in my summary files shows
"Mandatory files missing:4" whats that mean and how i can find them

post a hardcopy of versioncheck.php then
