Title: Some visitors can't see the pictures.
Post by: r0man1 on May 22, 2006, 09:02:03 PM
Hey,

On myy gallery at http://www.n-richie.net/gallery are some guests complaining about that they can't view the images when they click on the thumbnails. They say they only see some codes after they clicked them. I don't know what the problem is because only SOME people can't  view the images.

Please help.

We need more details. What are the links the cause the error, and just in case we can't see the error, what is the code they see.

It seems you are using a 1.3 theme in your 1.4 gallery. You need to read the docs on upgrading the theme.

Weird because i've installed a theme from a site and it's for 1.4 and I also set the theme as standard.

definitely not a theme from this site. Where did you get it from?

hm, strange. The license on that page says that it's mandatory to keep the copyright disclaimer. I can't spot it on your page though... I guess you should look for support on the page you got that theme from. ::)

They mean the Theme Credit and that's on the page in the menu ;)

Yet the theme doesn't come from coppermine-gallery.net, so my advice to ask them for support is still valid. You have edited the theme, so if you need help here, you'll need to zip your custom theme folder and attach it to your posting. We can't see your edits on your page.
