Upon changing the theme a few times in the CONFIG I am failing to understan why the changes are not taking effect on the site. Themes haven't changed at all. What can be wrong?
Try clearing your cookies. As a user, you can choose a theme by putting it in the URL ?theme= and by choosing it from the dropdown box (if you enabled the dropdown box). Your user-selected theme may be overriding the default one for the site which is chosen in the config panel. Clearing your cookies will remove the user setting and should allow you to use and set the default setting.

Ok. Provide a link to your site and specify which theme you currently have set in the config panel.
I assume you change the theme in the config panel and next time you go to the config panel, it lists the last theme you chose? So the config panel seems to accept your theme choice?

Interesting part is as well if i let users choose themes then they get changed just fine. But changing themes from Config doesn't work?
it's OK to post links to adult galleries as long as you post a warning with it (something like "Warning, link not worksafe").

The weird thing as well is with letting the user pick his own theme. All the themes change just fine.
