While some users in my gallery can perfectly upload, there are 2 users who can't...
Whenever they try to upload an image, they enter the image they want to upload, the page loads for a few seconds, and then stops loading, showing them a blank screen.
They are both using Windows XP and tried on several browsers, including Firefox, Opera, Internet Explorer, always getting the same problem

Make them send you the file they try to upload by email, then try if you can upload the file. Maybe the file is just too large or broken. If you can't resolve this, attach the image to your posting (using "additional options" when composing your message) and do as suggested in http://coppermine-gallery.net/tutorial/uploads/troubleshooting.php
