You haven't replaced all files properly. The update info is from 1.3. http://www.superpoze.lx.ro/cpg133/sql/update.sql
That's why running update.php didn't update the database completely.

Replace your existing files with the new ones from 1.4. Make sure that the old files get overwritten.

I don't see any errors. The initial issue has been resolved so I'll mark the thread accordingly. If you get error messages, search the boards for them. If you still need help, post them in new thread(s).
Turn debug_mode off if this is the only thing that bothers you. As your gallery appears to be working again, you can do so by going to coppermine's config (maintenance settings). In the future, don't post debug_output unless requested, it clutters the board.
