when I upload-batch the pictures (i use the program fillezila) that's upload perfect..
but the next day i can't see the pictures...

I can't even see a coppermine-driven page. I strongly doubt that you can run Coppermine on a Lycos page, with ads inserted into the code. Do as suggested in http://coppermine-gallery.net/demo/cpg14x/docs/index.htm#upload_trouble

I saw something flash by on the home page but then went blank. The docs and albums folder belong to coppermine. But yeah, there's probably something with lycos injecting stuff keeping the gallery from working.

Lycos doesn't inject ads for you as admin of the site, that's why you can do more things than we can. However, Lycos is not a suitable host to run Coppermine. Sorry.
