Hello all...
I am running CopperMine Photo Gallery 1.4.6 on my site (http://lnx.AleXX.it/IHM-Gallery) and I have a very bad stuff happening with users...
Some user have registered, but afer some time THEM ALL where deleted...
I tryed to register some test new users again but afeter some hours the same happened. :-\
Does any of you have managed something similar? ???

After a bit more exhaustive analysis I discovered that users are still stored somewhere, but I can't see them in the "user" menu.
If I create a new user with the same id coppermine says that the user already exist. So, if I log on with these credentials I get the correct log in procedure; but once log in has finished nothing changes: It seems like if I still have to do the log in.
This has happened to ALL USERS, but not to the Administrator user.
What can I do?

Make sure your groups still exist on the groups page.
I forgot to say that as the User are disappearing, the same is happened to the only group I have created...
You have any idea on how to menage this?

I checked and I can assure you I am not using any crawler! :(
I will try to setup a new set of users and groups and I will see if it happens again.
Anyway at the moment I have some users (friends) that cannot login and thus create a new one user with the same name of the one disappeared..
I'm waiting for your next clue!...

Hello Everyone...
I've created some new user and everything seems to be ok...
The only thing I can assume about those problems with users and groups is that the MySQL server hosted by my ISP had some problem itself...
I've just upgraded to 1.4.7 and everithyng seems still working fine.
Just a final question: Those users who have registerd with the accounts that where lost, now cannot re-register with the same account because Coppermine says that this user already exist.
I can't see those old users in the control panel...
How can I purge this situation allowing those people to re-register with the same account that where lost?
