Title: Second Comment language
Post by: EricD50 on June 04, 2006, 01:24:26 PM
Hi

I didn't find a way or setting yet so I thought I post my first question.
Situation: A fair part of my familt (Dutch) does not speak English.
My foreign friends (or maybe visitors) don't understand Dutch.

Is it possible to insert a second (fallback) language for comments/descriptions/Titles?

Thanks

No, you'll have to post your textual content (titles/descriptions/comments etc.) bilingual in the first place to come up with a solution for this.

I asume there is nothing planed for future version in this direction?
How do extension/development topics get submitted and accepted/rejected with coppermine? Any structure available?

Nothing planned. Has been asked in the past already, please search the board for details. Appyling something like that would be extremely complicated, however you're welcome to take a shot. Just submit your contribution when done, a moderator will move accordingly if applicable.
