On my forum (http://pics.netfreaky.be), someone is spamming all the way (i already deleted the comments). I really want users can give comments, and I don't want to make the forums private.
Is there a way to block comments from anonymous users (so they will have to register to give comments)?
Sure, you set permissions to post comments on the groups page. RTFM (http://coppermine-gallery.net/demo/cpg14x/docs/index.htm#group_cp) before posting.
