Title: Impossible to move!
Post by: robotparker on June 10, 2006, 04:52:37 PM
my web host recently had a pretty big outage and had to restore most of its databases from backups. ever since then, anytime someone uploads a file, they get this error:

Impossible to move (filename) to (folder) !

File: /home/httpd/vhosts/chattarock.com/httpdocs/gallery/db_input.php - Line: 344

when I log in via FTP and check the folder, I can see that the images are indeed being moved and the line about db_input.php being the source of the problem would seem to indicate that it's a problem with the database. at any rate, is this something I can fix myself? and if not, what do I need to communicate to my web host so they can determine what their problem is? here's my gallery url:

http://www.chattarock.com/gallery/index.php

thanks!

You're using cpg1.4.4, upgrade to cpg1.4.8 asap. Set permissions (http://coppermine-gallery.net/demo/cpg14x/docs/index.htm#permissions) as suggested in the docs on the albums folder.
