i have followed both of these topics because i have the same problems they did i believe. I have setup a test user on my server for you to look at...i have read the manual and the FAQs on this site and have no clue on how to make it to where people can signup and immediatly upload pictures to a public gallery without having to make one of their own first...any help is greatly appreciated...as i am new to Coppermine, i may have overlooked something along the way...

You need to set at least one album to 'visitors can upload' => YES. It is vital that you update your gallery to the latest stable version.
